Wells Fargo is excited to launch our NEW 2024 Sophomore Discovery Fellowship Program (R-298363)! This 6-week paid program provides students who have completed their sophomore year of college with an immersive experience of being an employee within a variety of roles across Wells Fargo. Those that participate receive corporate housing for the full length of the program in Charlotte, NC.
Wells Fargo is seeking top sophomore talent to join the 2024 Wells Fargo Sophomore Discovery Fellowship Program in Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Internal Audit, and Technology. This is a paid 6-week program that will include corporate housing for the full length of the program. Those that successfully complete the program may be offered the opportunity for a 2-summer offer into other Early Career pipelines (Sophomore Discovery Fellowship Program and Junior Year internship).
